Well last Sunday morning we launched our first show shop at the Caboolture Kennel club just north of Brisbane. It was a relief to finally get the first shop underway after all the organising it took. But it was a huge success for us, support for Holistic Dog and interest in our range has been humbling.
When this journey was started more than 12 months ago, we had one goal as a company, to produce the best Australian Made Premium food we could and do it at the most affordable price to the customer.
Now 12 months later I am very proud to say I think this goal has been achieved. Our product is a niche product and we are very happy to fill that role. As dog people ourselves it is about taking care of our own, it is about doing the best that we can do for all dogs. It is also about making things as easy and simple as we can for everyone.
Life these days has gotten to be so complex and busy that we have so little time to do what we think is important. So here at Holistic Dog Canine Nutrition we are trying to alleviate the pressure where we can. So here are a few things we are doing to help you and you 4 legged family.
We supply directly to you our customer, to save you money when you chose to buy a top quality Australian product.
Each customer will receive a "membership card" beginning April 1st, your card will include an individual customer number where we track your ordering. Each time you have purchased 9 bags of food, we will supply one free bag of food for every 9 bags of the equivalent size purchased with your next order.
We only use Australian grown ingredients to ensure that nothing that has been "irradiated" goes into our food. There are very strong links between food irradiation and cancer which is why it is illegal to use on human food. So then why is it okay to use on "Mans Best friend"?
When you order via phone, email or online we deliver the food directly to your door via a courier. We know that a high percentage of our customers are woman and if we can save you from having to lug a 20kg bag of food around we will, if we can save you an hour a week that is better spent on yourself, then it is worth it.
In these times when money is tight we have instigated a flat rate freight fee. Any order from Holistic Dog will cost you $9.00 freight to anywhere in Queensland, New South Wales or Victoria. Doesn't matter whether you buy 1 bag or 10, it costs $9.00 to deliver to your door.
We are bringing online new products constantly. 2 additional formula's in the coming months, a complete range of Naturopathy for animals, aromatherapy Shampoos and gels, Crystal therapy essences, collars and aura mists for animals, New dried treats to add to our already vast range, but more on that later.
We will also have our Gold Breeder program starting on April 1st. This program is aimed at the breeders who buy multiple bags at a time. Included in this program will be our "NEW" breeder puppy packs which will contain a number of our products, a membership card for the puppy buyer, and lots of information for a new puppy owner.
